At Mud Sweat and Gears, we want you to love your equipment as much as the sport itself. If your purchase isn't performing to your expectations, you can return or exchange most items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in new, unused condition with original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and components are included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or arrange for a pickup at your convenience.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 3 to 5 business days.
