Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. For full bicycle builds, please allow an additional 2 days for our certified mechanics to perform a safety inspection and professional tuning before dispatch.
What is your return policy on used sporting equipment?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in original packaging. For safety reasons, technical climbing gear and helmets cannot be returned once they have been used.
Do you offer professional bike assembly for online orders?
Yes, all bikes shipped from Mud Sweat and Gears come 85% assembled. We recommend bringing your bike to a local shop for final tuning, or you can visit any of our retail locations for a complimentary first build.
How do I determine the right frame size for my height?
Each product page includes a specific size chart. Generally, sizing is based on your height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down for better maneuverability or sizing up for increased stability.
Are your products covered by a manufacturer warranty?
Absolutely. Every piece of gear we sell is authentic and covered by the full manufacturer's warranty. We can also assist you in processing warranty claims directly with the brands.
